Maintenance Support Limited is a well-established company offering a specialist maintenance management consultancy service and procurement division to the Oil & Gas Industry. We carefully monitor our vendors/suppliers prices and compare three quotations to ensure we can get acheive the best market price possible and deliver these savings directly onto our customers.
We have extensive experience of a wide range of maintenance management techniques, including all forms of condition monitoring, CMMS, FMEA, RCM, risk and reliability engineering, maintenance task identification and many others.
Procurement Division
We offer our clients the full range of professional procurement services to the oil and gas industry and, in addition, our expertise extends to the provision of offshore manpower for repairs/overhauls and asset shutdown scopes. MSL procurement division ensures a high level of cost reduction benefits are delivered to our clients through our large pool of procurement contracts. MSL have the facility to product share stock with companies worldwide and also hold & preserve stock for our clients locally. MSL are dedicated in being highly competitive in the market thus demanding our vendors/subcontractors to provide a service that assists our clients through MSL to become more effective, profitable and successful.
Long or Short Term Procurement Contracts
MSL has built its reputation on long/short term Procurement Contracts won through competitive tendering processes.
MSL understands the needs and problems associated with the submission of tenders to tight deadlines, together with the provision of Tender Bonds and the subsequent Performance Bonds and detailed contract and Letter of Credit negotiations that are an inherent part of such tenders.
One-Off Procurement Services
Many clients will have individual requirements that do not involve the need for separate Procurement Contracts as envisaged above. MSL welcomes the opportunity to quote for one-off services. Previous commissions have encompassed every type of supply from the sourcing of small, hard to find components, to the provision of high value, bespoke, capital assets such as specialist vehicles for international projects.
MSL delivers outsourced cost benefits from office stationery/tooling to complete heat exchanger purchase and repairs, with no compromise on quality or service levels. We are FPAL registered and this allows us to benchmark sourcing/working processes and procedures and our people to enable us to deliver best cost, quick and positive results with low overall risk to our clients.

Asset Disposal Services (ADS)
Complementary to the company’s procurement and associated services, MSL also offers expertise in the disposal of surplus assets ranging from scrap to complete trains of equipment. As part of this service MSL can offer any necessary pre or post-sale storage facilities, with whatever level of security the client considers to be appropriate.
